      为提高红花荷播种繁育效率及初期幼苗质量，以红花荷种子为研究对象，探讨不同月份播种、成熟采摘期绿果与黄果种子发芽力的区别，进行正交试验考察不同处理条件对红花荷种子的发芽率、发芽势、初期幼苗存活率、初期幼苗长真叶率的影响。结果表明，成熟期 10月采摘蒴果种子在当年 11月播种发芽率最高，且黄果种子发芽势和发芽率均显著高于绿果种子。发芽率主要受处理液种类影响，发芽势与初期幼苗存活率主要受浸种时长影响，初期幼苗长真叶率主要受播种基质影响。最宜处理组合为 20 ℃纯水浸泡 48 h后用黄心土播种。因此，在实际生产中，宜在 10月采摘蒴果，筛选黄色蒴果种子，在 20 ℃纯水浸泡 48 h后用黄心土播种。

      To improve the seeding propagation efficiency and initial seedling quality of Rhodoleia championii, this study took the seeds of Rhodoleiachampioniias the research object to explore the different germinability of sowing in different months, between green capsule and yellow capsule seeds in mature picking period, and the orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of different treatments on germination rate, germination vigor, survival rate of early-stage seedlings, and rate of true leaf emergence in early-stage seedlings. The results indicated that: seeds from capsules harvested in October during the maturity stage and sown in November of the same year exhibited the highest germination rate. Moreover, both the germination vigor and germination rate of seeds from yellow capsules were significantly higher than those from green capsules. The germination rate was primarily influenced by the type of treatment solution, while the germination vigor and the survival rate of early-stage seedlings were mainly affected by the duration of seed soaking. The rate of true leaf emergence in early-stage seedlings was predominantly influenced by the sowing substrate. The optimal treatment combination was soaking seeds in pure water at 20 ℃ for 48 h and then sowing them in yellow soil. Conclusion: In practical production, it is advisable to harvest capsules in October, select seeds from yellow capsules,soak them in pure water at 20 ℃ for 48 h, and then sow them in yellow soil.
