| In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative, agricultural vocational education has presented unprecedented opportunities for internationalization. However, it also faces practical problems, such as the high standards for cross-border adaptation of agricultural technologies, inadequate resource support and weak self-development capacity, insufficient coordination in internal institutional governance, and limited engagement in establishing international discourse systems. This paper takes Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as a case study to analyze the structural logic and practical outcomes of its "12345" international cooperation system. Based on the common problems existing in the international cooperation and exchange of agricultural higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward a systematic solution path from four dimensions, including implementing localized symbiotic development, deepening governance reform, building a resource circulation system, and participating in layout rules, so as to provide practical reference for solving the common problems of internationalization of agricultural vocational education. |
