      以第二批全国乡村治理示范村阳春村为研究对象，基于技术嵌入理论、乡村治理理论以及“技术—制度—社会”三维协同分析框架，通过案例分析、文献梳理和实地调研，系统探究 AI驱动乡村基层治理数智化转型的实践逻辑。研究发现，阳春村在数智化转型过程中仍面临诸多挑战。为此，从创新技术应用、革新治理理念、构建多元支撑体系、健全数据治理机制和强化社会参与等维度，提出应对策略。

英文摘要:

      Taking Yangchun Village, a second batch of national rural governance demonstration village, as the research subject, this study systematically explores the practical logic of AI-driven digital and intelligent transformation in rural grassroots governance through case analysis, literature review, and field research, based on the theories of technology embedding, rural governance, and the "technology-institution-society" three-dimensional collaborative analysis framework. Meanwhile, it identifies multiple challenges still faced by Yangchun Village during its digital and intelligent transformation. To address these issues, targeted strategies are proposed from dimensions such as innovative technology application, governance concept renewal,construction of a multi-support system, improvement of data governance mechanisms, and enhanced social participation.
