      培育新型农村职业集群是推动乡村人才振兴的创新举措。该集群突破传统链式职业结构，通过整合就业、创业、专业等多重要素，形成网络化、生态化的职业体系。杭州市的实践表明，通过培育农村职业经理人、乡村运营师等新职业，能够有效激活农村资源，壮大集体经济。然而，当前仍存在职业载体支撑不足、人才培养与需求脱节、人才留任机制不完善等现实困境，导致集群面临“空心化”“空窗化”等风险。为此，需构建政府、院校、乡村、行业协会协同发力的支持体系:政府强化制度与政策供给，院校注重知识与专业适配，乡村优化实践与服务平台，行业协会推动标准与品牌共建，从而系统培育新型农村职业集群，为乡村全面振兴提供坚实的人才支撑。

      New rural occupational clusters are an innovative measure to promote rural talent revitalization. Breaking through the traditional chain-like occupational structure, such clusters integrate multiple elements including employment, entrepreneurship and professional expertise, forming a networked and ecological occupational system. The practice in Hangzhou shows that by cultivating new occupations such as rural professional managers and rural operators, new rural occupational clusters have effectively activated rural resources and expanded the collective economy. However, there are still practical dilemmas, such as insufficient support for occupational carriers, disconnection between talent training and market demand, and imperfect talent retention mechanisms, which expose the clusters to risks of "hollowing out" and "talent gaps". Therefore, it is necessary to build a support system with coordinated efforts from the government, colleges and universities, village communities, and industry associations: the government should strengthen the supply of institutions and policies, colleges and universities should focus on matching knowledge and professional competence with actual needs, village communities should optimize practice and service platforms, and industry associations should promote the joint construction of standards and brands. Through these efforts, new rural occupational clusters can be systematically cultivated, providing solid talent support for the comprehensive rural revitalization.
