      在数字乡村战略纵深推进中，涉农高职院校信息类专业面临技术适配性缺失、文化认同感消解、制度协同性薄弱的三重结构性困境。基于教育生态学与协同治理理论，结合政策导向与实证调研，构建“四联四通”育人体系。该体系依托“行业—企业—学校—乡村”四元联动，贯通“目标—方式—路径—保障”四维机制，旨在培育兼具技术适配力、乡土融合力、创新服务力的“数字新农人”，形成育人与乡村发展的共生闭环。实践探索显示，该体系在试点中推动学生乡村就业意愿与企业认可度均呈现积极变化，为涉农高职教育改革提供理论参考与实践路径，助力数字乡村发展。

      With the in-depth advancement of the Digital Rural Strategy, information-related majors in agriculture-related higher vocational colleges are confronted with three major structural dilemmas: lack of technical adaptability, dissipation of cultural identity, and weak institutional synergy. Based on the theories of Educational Ecology and Collaborative Governance, combined with policy guidance and empirical research, this study constructs the "Four-Linkage and Four-Connectivity" Talent Cultivation System. Relying on the four-subject linkage of "industry-enterprise-school-rural area" and integrating the four-dimensional mechanism of "goal-method-path-guarantee", this system aims to cultivate "Digital New Agricultural Talents" with technical adaptability, rural integration ability, and innovative service ability, forming a symbiotic closed loop between talent cultivation and rural development. Practical exploration shows that this system has promoted positive changes in students' willingness to work in rural areas and enterprises' recognition in the pilot program, providing theoretical reference and practical path for the reform of agriculture-related higher vocational education and contributing to the development of digital rural areas.
