      乡村公共精神蕴含休戚与共、守望相助的“命运共同体”意识，是乡村凝心聚力、全面发展的内在支撑。现代化潮流冲击下的乡村社会多元思想激荡、公共精神缺失，出现公共价值理念阙如、公共文化活动式微、互利共生意识消解等现象。建设人才缺位、文化供求偏差、价值认同迷茫等是乡村公共精神缺失的主要原因，应通过重塑兼容开放的公共理性，激励多元主体共建“参与型”乡村文化；创新文化形态，优化文化治理机制，促进民俗技艺传承；弘扬正向的价值导向，再造公共空间赋能的乡村文化生态共同体，以实现乡村公共精神的重塑和繁荣。

      The public spirit in rural areas embodies the consciousness of a "community of shared future" characterized by mutual support and assistance, serving as an intrinsic driving force for rural cohesion and all-round development. Under the impact of modernization, rural society is marked by the coexistence of diverse ideas and the absence of public spirit, leading to phenomena such as disengagement from public affairs, the decline of folk arts and crafts, and the shrinking of public spaces. This paper analyzes the contemporary causes of the absence of rural public spirit from the perspectives of the lack of talent mobility, the deviation in cultural supply and demand, and the confusion in value recognition. It explores how to reshape the rural public spirit in the context of modern society by rebuilding an inclusive and open public rationality, encouraging multiple subjects to jointly build a "participatory" rural culture; upgrading the cultural forms with contemporary implications and optimizing the supply governance mechanism to promote the inheritance and development of folk arts and crafts; promoting positive value orientation and recreating public spaces to empower the rural industrial ecological community.
