      以新质生产力推动农业高质量发展是农业现代化建设的现实需要，也是实现农业强国的必然选择。基于此，分别构建了新质生产力和农业高质量发展评价指标体系，结合我国30个省级行政区(不含西藏和港澳台地区)2012—2023年面板数据，并运用空间计量模型探究新质生产力、绿色科技创新与农业高质量发展的关系。研究发现:新质生产力对农业高质量发展具有显著推动作用，且具有区域和时间异质性特点；新质生产力对农业高质量发展的影响存在双门槛效应；新质生产力通过推动绿色科技创新促进农业高质量发展。由此，提出注重农业领域系统性改革创新、区域协同发展及全面推进绿色科技创新的政策建议。

英文摘要:

      Promoting high-quality agricultural development with new quality productivity is both a practical necessity for agricultural modernization and an inevitable choice for building a strong agricultural nation. Based on this, evaluation index systems for new quality productivity and high-quality agricultural development were constructed, combined with panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023, excluding Xizang (Tibet), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Spatial econometric models were used to explore the relationship between new quality productivity, green technology innovation, and high-quality agricultural development. Research findings indicate that new quality productivity significantly promotes the high-quality development of agriculture, with regional and temporal heterogeneity characteristics. The impact of new quality productivity on high-quality agricultural development exhibits a dual-threshold effect.New quality productivity promotes high-quality agricultural development by driving green technological innovation. This paper proposes policy recommendations that focus on systematic reform and innovation in the agricultural sector, regional coordinated development, and comprehensive promotion of green technology innovation.
