| The integration of digital-real economies and the empowerment mechanism of human capital can promote the return of migrant workers to their hometowns for entrepreneurship, which presents a new development pattern featuring continuous expansion in scale, optimization of industrial structure and improvement in business quality. This study, by means of the benchmark regression model and the moderating effect model, deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of the integration of digital-real economies and human capital on the entrepreneurial level of returning migrant workers. The research results show that both the integration of digital and real economies and human capital have significant positive impacts on the entrepreneurial level of returning migrant workers, and government policy support has a moderating effect on the entrepreneurial level of returning migrant workers. Based on this, implementation paths such as strengthening policy support for the integrated development of digital-real economies, promoting the digital transformation of enterprises, and building a digital entrepreneurial mindset are proposed, providing theoretical and practical references for improving the entrepreneurial level of returning migrant workers. |
