      适应智能技术迅猛发展和广泛应用的新要求,高职教师数智素养应运而生。具体而言,高职教师数智素养包含价值观念、通用知识、内生动力、应用能力和教学创新5 个基本维度,所对应的背后逻辑分别是数智伦理中的教育责任、技术迭代中的数智基础、自主发展中的成长引擎、教育质量中的关键因素和目标实现中的基本途径。在数智化背景下,高职教师数智素养具有彰显教育本质、突出自主发展、培养数智人才的价值意蕴,所采取的优化路径为:以理念引领来强化数智伦理价值定位、以数智赋能来革新通用知识培训范式、以内驱外引来激活自主发展内生动力、以生态护航来提升数智教学应用能力、以实践导向来开展数智教育教学创新。
英文摘要:
      In response to the new requirements of the rapid development and widespread application of smart technology, the concept of digital intelligence literacy for vocational college teachers has emerged as the times require. Specifically, it includes five basic dimensions: value concepts, general knowledge,endogenous power, application ability and teaching innovation, corresponding to the logic of educational responsibility in digital ethics, digital intelligence foundation in technology iteration, growth engine in autonomous development, key factor in education quality and basic ways to achieve goals. In the comtext of digital intelligence, it has value significance of highlighting educational essence, highlighting autonomous development and training digital intelligence talents. The optimization path should strengthen the value positioning of digital ethics with the guidance of concept, innovate the training paradigm of general knowledge with digital intelligence empowerment, activate the endogenous motive force of autonomous development with internal drive and external incentives, enhance the application ability of digital intelligence teaching with ecological protection and carry out education teaching innovation of digital intelligence with a practice-oriented approach.
