| 服务育人是“大思政”的有效实践载体,也是贯通高职院校学生课堂与生活的重要育人形式。高职院校服务育人顺应了教育强国建设的需要,满足了高质量思想政治教育的需求,契合了经济社会对德技并修人才培养的诉求。高职院校应以“学生中心”为价值追求、以“三全育人”为根本遵循、以“潜移默化”为基本路径,创新以大一、大二、大三为“三阶段”、以学校、院系、班级为“三层级”、以文化、生活、就业为“三方面”的“三三三”服务育人路径,并将其融入立德树人全过程,以有效解决服务育人协同性不足、资源碎片化、制度机制缺失的问题,提升服务育人成效。 |

| Service-oriented education is an effective practical carrier of "great ideological and political education" and also an important educational form that connects students' classroom learning and daily life in higher vocational colleges. Service-oriented education in higher vocational colleges conforms to the needs of building a strong education country, meets the demands of high-quality ideological and political education, and aligns with the requirements of the economy and society for the cultivation of talents with both moral integrity and professional skills. Higher vocational colleges should take "studentcenteredness"as the value pursuit, "three-wide education" as the fundamental guideline, and "subtle influence" as the basic approach, innovate the "three-three-three" service-oriented education path which consists of "three stages" (freshman, sophomore, and junior), "three levels" (school, department, and class), and "three aspects" (culture, life, and employment), and integrate them into the process of moral and intellectual education to effectively address problems such as insufficient coordination, fragmented resources, and the absence of institutional mechanisms in service-oriented education, theyeby improving its effectiveness of service-oriented education. |
