      农业新质生产力对突破传统农业生产瓶颈和保障国家粮食安全具有重要作用。基于河南省1 328 份农户调查数据,运用线性回归模型,探究农业新质生产力对粮食主产区现代化生产的影响。研究表明:农业新质生产力对粮食现代化生产有显著正相关影响,且经过稳健性检验仍然成立;农业新质生产力对粮食现代化生产水平的提升效应受农户文化程度的异质性影响;气象因素在农业新质生产力提升粮食现代化生产水平的过程中发挥外部调节作用。因此,应实施构建主产区技术示范网络、推行人力资本精准赋能工程和建立气象智慧型技术响应体系的三维协同,以破解“技术渗透不均—群体能力鸿沟—气象风险制约”的复合型约束,系统推进粮食主产区现代化转型。
英文摘要:
      Agricultural new-quality productivity plays a crucial role in breaking through traditional production bottlenecks and ensuring national food security. Based on survey data from 1 328 farm households in Henan Province, a linear regression model was employed to explore the impact of agricultural new-quality productivity on modernized production in major grain-producing areas.The study reveals that agricultural new-quality productivity has a significant positive correlation with modernized grain production, which remains valid after robustness tests. Additionally, the effect of agricultural new-quality productivity on enhancing modernized production levels is influenced by the heterogeneity of farmers' education levels. Meteorological factors serve as an external moderating force in the process of agricultural new-quality productivity improving modernized production levels. Therefore,it is necessary to implement a three-dimensional collaboration strategy involving the construction of technical demonstration networks in major grain-producing areas, the promotion of a precision human capital empowerment project, and the establishment of an intelligent meteorological technology response system. These measures aim to address the composite constraints of uneven technology penetration,capability disparities among groups, and meteorological risks, thereby systematically advancing the modernization transformation of major grain-producing regions.
