      梳理高职工匠精神的研究现状，探讨高职动物医学类专业“工匠精神”内涵，依托中国动物诊疗行业产教融合共同体，分析高职动物医学类专业“医心、医德、医技”工匠精神内涵与培养特点，查找培养过程中存在的主要问题，通过职业价值塑造、专业技能训练、职业精神养成、阶梯实践教学、创新能力培养五大模块，创新构建高职动物医学类专业“以医心为魂、以医德为纲、以医技为器”的“三医融合”工匠精神培育模式，总结5年来“三医融合”工匠精神培育模式实践成效，为同类院校相关专业工匠人才培养提供经验参考。

英文摘要:

      This study investigates the research status of the "craftsman spirit" in higher vocational education, and explores the connotation of it in animal medicine-related majors. Relying on China.Industry-Education.Integration.Community.for.Animal.Diagnosis.&.Treatment, it analyzes the meaning and cultivation characteristics of "craftsman spirit" (encompassing "medical mind, medical ethics, and medical skills"), and identifies the main problems existing in the cultivation process of it in related majors. It innovatively constructs a "three-medical integration" craftsman spirit cultivation model, which takes "medical mind as the soul, medical ethics as the guideline, and medical skills as the tool." The model is developed through five key modules: professional value shaping, professional skill training, professional spirit cultivation, step-by-step practical teaching, and innovation capability cultivation. The practical achievements of this model over the past five years are summarized, providing reference experience for the cultivation of craftsman-oriented talents in animal medicine majors at similar institutions.
