      “新双高”背景下,高职专业建设标准建构成为破解专业建设前瞻性不足、系统性缺失、适应性薄弱三大痛点的核心引擎。从服务国家战略、深化职教改革和解决现实问题3个维度论证专业建设标准建构的逻辑必然性,提出标准建构应遵循产教融合、资源协同、治理创新、数字赋能和质量要素五大导向。从动态调整专业、强化协同治理、整合教学资源、创新教学要素、树立服务意识和加强质量管理6个方面,系统阐述专业建设标准建构实施的行动进路,以全面提高院校办学能力和产教融合质量。
英文摘要:
      In the context of the construction of "new double-high"(refers to high-level educational capacity and high-quality industry-education integration), the construction of higher vocational professional standards has become the core engine to solve the three pain points of professional construction: lack of foresight, lack of system, and weak adaptability. This study demonstrates the logical inevitability of professional construction standards from three dimensions: serving national strategies, deepening vocational education reform and solving practical problems, and proposes that the standard construction should follow five major orientations: integration of industry and education, resource collaboration, governance innovation, digital empowerment and quality elements. From six aspects: dynamically adjusting majors, strengthening collaborative governance, integrating teaching resources, innovating teaching elements, establishing service awareness and strengthening quality management, this paper systematically expounds the action path for the implementation of professional construction standards, so as to comprehensively improve the educational capacity and quality of industry-education integration for higher vocational colleges.
