      数字技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用，为实现乡村文化振兴、满足农民的美好生活需要提供了强劲动能。作为先进的生产工具，数字技术能够促进乡村文化资源的活态传承与开发，实现乡村文化传播模式的全方位变革，推动乡村文化产业的数字化转型，形塑乡村文化治理的多主体协同格局。但是，在数字技术赋能乡村文化振兴进程中仍存在一些梗阻，主要表现为乡村文化数字化政策供给不充分、乡村数字基础设施建设相对滞后、乡村数字技术人才资源较为紧缺、乡村文化产业数字化融合度较低。对此，应着力优化乡村文化数字化政策供给，加强乡村数字基础设施建设，打造乡村高水平数字人才队伍，做大做强乡村文化数字产业，助推乡村实现文化振兴。

      The rapid development and wide application of digital technology have provided strong momentum for the revitalization of rural culture and meeting the needs of farmers for a better life. As an advanced production tool, digital technology can promote the living inheritance and development of rural cultural resources, realize the all-round reform of rural cultural communication mode, promote the digital transformation of rural cultural industry, and shape the multi-agent collaborative pattern of rural cultural governance. However, there are still some obstacles in the process of rural cultural revitalization enabled by digital technology, mainly manifested as inadequate supply of rural cultural digitization policies, relatively lagging rural digital infrastructure construction, relatively scarce rural digital technology talent resources, and low digital integration of rural cultural industry. In this regard, efforts should be made to optimize the supply of digital policies for rural culture, strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure, build a high-level digital talent team in rural areas, and expand and strengthen the digital industry of rural culture, so as to promote the cultural revitalization of rural areas.
