      “千村示范、万村整治”工程为新时代乡村全面振兴提供了根本遵循。北京市深入实施“百村示范、千村振兴”工程，旨在探索超大城市乡村振兴的有效路径。昌平区辛庄村作为首批“百千工程”示范村，在人才集聚、生态治理、产业融合与乡村善治等方面取得了显著进展。然而，其发展亦暴露出产业结构初级化、专业人才支撑薄弱、文化资源转化低效、人居环境建设不均衡、管理服务能力滞后等核心矛盾。基于辛庄村现实发展困境，围绕产业升级、人才引育、文化赋能、环境提质、治理创新5个维度，提出深化示范村建设的策略建议，为首都“百千工程”迈向更高水平提供参考。

      The project of "Thousand Villages Demonstration and Ten Thousand Villages Renovation" provides fundamental guidance for the comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era. Beijing has implemented the "Hundred Villages Demonstration and Thousand Villages Revitalization" project(abbreviated as"Hundred-Thousand Project"), aiming to explore an effective path for rural revitalization in megacities. As one of the first batch of demonstration villages under the "Hundred-Thousand Project", Xinzhuang Village in Changping District has made remarkable progress in talent agglomeration, ecological governance, industrial integration and rural good governance. However, its development also exposes the core contradictions such as the primary industrial structure, the weak support of professional talents, the inefficient transformation of cultural resources, the uneven construction of human settlements, and the lagging management and service capabilities.Based on the realistic development dilemma of Xinzhuang Village, this paper puts forward strategic suggestions for deepening the demonstration construction around the five dimensions of industrial upgrading, talent cultivation, cultural empowerment, environmental quality improvement and governance innovation, so as to provide reference for elevating the capital 's "Hundred-Thousand Project" to a higher level.
