      随着注意力经济的发展，农村直播电商新模式深刻影响饲料企业产销结构和经营生态。在大食物观背景下，深入分析传统饲料产销模式的注意力成本，通过剖析传统饲料产销模式中赊销风险、经销冗余、供应波动和市场响应滞后形成的注意力成本结构，揭示农村直播电商赋能饲料企业的3 类注意力机制，即注意力吸引下的撮合机制、注意力分配下的合作机制和注意力集聚下的补位机制，继而提出以理解和运用农村直播电商市场注意力为核心的降本增效路径。直播电商通过重构注意力资源配置，为饲料企业突破传统渠道依赖、构建智能产销体系提供了有效解决方案，为农业全产业链数字化转型提供了可复制的实践范式。

      With the development of the attention economy, the new model of rural live-streaminge-commerce has profoundly influenced the production and sales structure as well as the business ecosystem of feed enterprises. Against the backdrop of the "big food concept", this paper conducts an indepth analysis of the attention costs in traditional feed production and sales models. By dissecting the attention cost structure formed by credit sales risks, distribution redundancy, supply fluctuations, and lagging market response in traditional models, it reveals three types of attention mechanisms through which rural live-streaming e-commerce empowers feed enterprises: the matching mechanism driven by attention attraction, the cooperation mechanism under attention allocation, and the complementary mechanism based on attention aggregation. Subsequently, it proposes a cost reduction and efficiency improvement path centered on understanding and utilizing market attention in rural live-streaming e-commerce. Live-streaming e-commerce, by reconstructing the logic of attention resource allocation,provides an effective solution for feed enterprises to break through traditional channel dependence and build an intelligent production and sales system, and offers a replicable practical paradigm for the digital transformation of the entire agricultural industry chain.
