      草莓是一种具有较高的营养价值和经济价值的农作物。针对草莓连作障碍引发的根腐病高发问题,通过病原溯源技术解析北京市通州主产区的致病真菌种群,对通州地区草莓种植基地发病植株进行采样,通过组织分离的方法分离出可能导致草莓真菌病害的两种真菌,通过形态学和与分子生物学鉴定,分析出导致草莓真菌病害的病原菌类型是厚垣镰刀菌(Fusarium chlamydosporum)和链格孢菌(Alternaria),为今后草莓的病原菌防治工作打下基础。
英文摘要:
      Strawberry is a crop with high nutritional and economic value. To address the frequent occurrence of root rot caused by continuous cropping obstacles in strawberries, this study used pathogen tracing technology to analyze the pathogenic fungal population in the main production area of Tongzhou.Diseased strawberry plants were sampled from a planting base in Tongzhou, Beijing, and two fungi potentially causing strawberry fungal diseases were isolated through tissue separation. Morphological and molecular biological identification methods (ITS sequence analysis) were used to confirm that the pathogenic fungi were Fusarium chlamydosporum and Alternaria . This study laid a foundation for future prevention and control of strawberry fungal diseases.
