| New rural communities represent an innovative practice in exploring the development path of villages in the new era. Based on the case of Village C in Shandong Province, this paper discusses the practical paths of the Party building leading rural revitalization in new rural communities. Under the guidance of Party building, Village C achieved regional integration, industrial optimization, and improvement in the quality and efficiency of grassroots governance through the innovative model of Party building joint bodies. This effectively promoted rural revitalization. However, this new rural community still faces difficulties such as insufficient Party building experience, low quality of Party members, and low participation of villagers in the process of development. To address these challenges, by activating the economic momentum of the village, deepening the promotion of experience, strengthening the construction of the grassroots Party organizations themselves, and stimulating the internal driving force of villagers, the effectiveness of the Party building leading rural revitalization can be further enhanced. |
