      北京科技小院聚焦科技创新、人才培养和社会服务三大职能，在高质量发展方面取得了一定成绩，但还存在建设资金保障不足、发展机制缺乏活力、产业后端发力不够、人才培养实践不够等问题。为此，提出完善内部运行机制、打造一村一品特色产业、提升人才培养综合效能、拓展乡村社会文化服务等高质量发展对策。

      Focusing on the three core functions of scientific and technological innovation, talent cultivation, and social services, Beijing Science and Technology Courtyards have made certain achievements in high-quality development. However, there are still problems such as insufficient construction support funds, lack of vitality in development mechanisms, inadequate efforts in the industrial downstream, and disconnection between talent cultivation and practical needs. To address these issues, this paper proposes countermeasures for high-quality development, including improving internal operational mechanisms, developing "one village, one product" characteristic industries, enhancing the comprehensive effectiveness of talent cultivation, and expanding rural social and cultural services.
