| 新质生产力的提出对农业职业院校人才培养提出了新目标和新要求。为筑牢新质生产力发展的人才根基,培养好适应产业发展的创新型、实践型、应用型技术技能人才,农业职业院校“双创”人才需在情感维度、知识维度、能力维度等方面进行特征构建,基于“课程+ 实践+ 项目”的实践探索,遵循“发展农业新质生产力”的理念,做优“课程阶段化+ 实践平台化”两大空间,立足“三课”“三赛”,推进三大阶段,全面构建新质生产力背景下“双创”人才培养路径。 |

| The proposal of new productive forces puts forward new goals and requirements for the cultivation of agricultural vocational college talents. In order to solidify the talent foundation for the development of new productive forces, this study believes that the emotional, knowledge and ability dimensions of new agricultural science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship talents need to be constructed. Based on the practical exploration of "courses + practice + projects", the cultivation path of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in the context of new productive forces should follow the concept of "developing agricultural new productive forces"; do a good job in the two integrated arenas of "course stageization + practice platformization" base on the "three-class, three-competition and three-stage"model. |
