| 农业劳务品牌在带动农业劳务输出、促进农业雇工就业增收的同时,也满足了需求方对高素质农业雇工的要求。河北省在劳务品牌建设方面取得了显著成效,尤其在特色劳务品牌的培育、政策支持及区域影响力方面表现突出。然而,相比工业劳务品牌和服务业劳务品牌,农业劳务品牌仍存在劳动保障问题突出、人力资源总体质量较低、规模化发展的组织资源短缺和文化优势利用不足等问题。应从管理层、运行层和参与层等角度对河北省农业劳务品牌的培育机制进行分析,从制度环境、资源环境、文化环境等方面入手,提出促进农业劳务品牌培育的对策。 |

| While driving the output of agricultural labor services and promoting the employment and income of agricultural employees, the agricultural labor brand also meets the requirements of the demand side for high-quality agricultural employees.Hebei Province has achieved remarkable results in lab or service brand building, especially in the cultivation of characteristic labor service brands, policy support and regional influence. However, compared with industrial labor service brands and service industry labor brands, agricultural labor service brands still have problems such as prominent labor security problems,low overall quality of human resources, shortage of organizational resources for large-scale development,and insufficient utilization of cultural advantages. The cultivation mechanism of agricultural labor service brands in Hebei Province should be analyzed from the perspectives of management, operation and participation, and countermeasures to promote the cultivation of agricultural labor service . |
