      生成式人工智能的深度应用可助力乡村迈向智慧、绿色、宜居、宜业的现代化发展新阶段。基于对生成式人工智能与和美乡村理论意蕴的深入剖析，进一步明确生成式人工智能赋能和美乡村建设的内在机理:以“数字生产力”变革服务供给模式的情境赋能，以创新性配置变革产业发展要素的效益赋能，以“绿色生产力”变革生产生活方式的介质赋能。然而，智能建设难题与环境治理局限，智能人才短板与技术转化瓶颈，文化认同危机与治理供需挑战，成为阻滞生成式人工智能赋能和美乡村建设的重要因素。因此，在实践中，应聚焦实现乡村智能基础设施建设与绿色转型并举，加强创新引领与人才支撑同频共振，推动乡村文化认同感重塑与智慧治理协同，持续推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设。

      The deep application of generative artificial intelligence will help rural areas move towards a new stage of modern development that is intelligent, green, livable and suitable for business. Based on a deep analysis of the connotation and basic characteristics of Meihe Village, it is further clarified that the internal mechanism of generative artificial intelligence empowering Meihe Village construction is mainly reflected in the situational empowerment of "digital productivity" to transform the service supply mode, the benefit empowerment of innovative allocation to transform industrial development factors, and the medium empowerment of "green productivity" to transform production and lifestyle. However, the challenges of intelligent construction and environmental governance, the shortcomings of intelligent talents and technological transformation bottlenecks, cultural identity crisis and governance supply and demand challenges have become the crux of the obstacles to empowering generative artificial intelligence and building beautiful countryside. Therefore, in practice, we should focus on rural intelligent infrastructure construction and green transformation simultaneously, strengthen the integration of innovation leadership and talent support, promote the reshaping of rural cultural identity and the synergy of smart governance,and continue to promote the construction of livable, business rfiendly, and beautiful countryside.
