      基于吉林省农安县的问卷调查数据，测评农民职业培训供需匹配度，使用多元有序Probit 模型分析农民职业培训供需匹配度的影响因素。结果表明，乡村产业振兴对农民职业培训供需匹配度具有促进作用，其中，农业企业数量、农业基地建设和特色产业发展有积极影响，合作社数量的影响不显著，政策支持是提升农民职业培训供需匹配度的关键因素。应发展本地特色产业，变政府主导培训模式为市场驱动模式，激发社会力量参与，了解农民培训需求，注重培训内容的实用性与前瞻性。

英文摘要:

      Based on the questionnaire survey data from Nong'an County, Jilin Province, this study assesses the supply-demand matching degree of farmers' vocational training and utilizes multidimensional ordered Probit model to analyze the influencing factors. The results show that rural industrial revitalization exerts a vital influence on the supply-demand matching degree of farmers' vocational training. Specifically, the number of agricultural enterprises, the construction of agricultural bases, and the development of characteristic industries have a positive impact, while the impact of the number of cooperatives is not significant. Policy support represents a key determinant in promoting the supplydemand matching degree of farmers' vocational training. It is essential to effectively enhance the supplydemand matching degree of farmer training by developing regional industries. Additionally, it is of great significance to thoroughly understand farmers' training needs, stimulate the participation of social forces,and attach importance to the practicality and forward-looking nature of training content.
