农业高职校企“双元”教材开发与实践——以《动物生产技术》教材为例

      随着我国农业现代化进程加速推进，提升农业高职教育人才培养质量迫在眉睫。传统农业高职教育理论与实践脱节、教学内容与产业需求不匹配等问题，严重制约了农业高技能人才的培养。为此，校企“双元”合作模式成为破解该难题的关键路径，而新形态教材的开发则是该模式下的核心举措。以畜牧兽医类核心课程“动物生产技术”为例，深入探索基于校企“双元”合作开发新形态教材的实践路径，以期为农业高职教育改革提供实践样本。

      With the rapid advancement of agricultural modernization in China, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in agricultural vocational education has become urgent. Traditional agricultural vocational education often suffers from a disconnect between theory and practice, as well as a mismatch between teaching content and industry demands, severely hindering the cultivation of highly skilled agricultural professionals. To address these challenges, the "dual-element" cooperation model between industry and academia has emerged as a key solution, with the development of new-form teaching materials being a core initiative under this model. Taking the core course "Animal Production Technology" in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine as an example, this paper explores the practical pathways for developing new-form teaching materials based on the "dual-element"industry-academia collaboration, aiming to provide a practical reference for the reform of agricultural vocational education.
