      美育作为高校培根铸魂的重要方式和立德树人的重要抓手，对提高高等农林院校人才培养质量具有重要促进作用。高等农林院校要深刻认识新时代学校美育工作的价值意蕴，厘清当前美育实践中存在的学校重视程度不够、美育师资力量短缺、美育课程形式单一、学生美育素养薄弱等现实困境，推动形成以美育人、以美育美、以美促教、以美培元“四位一体”的美育工作体系，有针对性地实施契合新农科建设需要、满足当代青年大学生需求的具体举措，努力培养更多具有知农爱农情怀、强农兴农本领的时代新人。

      As an important means of fostering integrity and molding character in colleges and universities and a crucial measure for cultivating people with moral integrity, aesthetic education plays a significant promoting role in improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher agricultural and forestry colleges. Higher agricultural and forestry colleges should have a profound understanding of the value and significance of school aesthetic education work in the new era, clarify the practical dilemmas existing in current aesthetic education practice, such as insufficient attention paid by schools, shortage of aesthetic education teaching staff, single form of aesthetic education courses, and weak aesthetic education literacy of students. Efforts should be made to promote the formation of a "four-in-one" aesthetic education system that uses beauty to educate people, cultivate beauty through aesthetic education, promote teaching with beauty, and nourish the foundation with beauty. Specific measures that meet the needs of the construction of new agricultural disciplines and satisfy the demands of contemporary young college students should be implemented in a targeted manner, and strive to cultivate more new people of the era who have the sentiment of knowing and loving agriculture, and possess the abilities to strengthen and rejuvenate agriculture.
