      师德师风建设是提升新时代教师素质、办好人民满意的教育的首要任务。在以“办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量”为导向的“新双高”奋进新征程之时,不断加强特色化师德师风建设将为打造高职院校高水平“双师”队伍奠定重要基础,在探讨特色化师德师风建设路径和价值意义基础上,剖析缺乏特色化原因,提出党建引领强德、教育家精神蕴德、特色课程正德、荣誉表彰厚德、评价考核明德等特色化改进路径,对全力推进“新双高”师德师风长效机制建设具有积极意义。
英文摘要:
      The construction of teacher ethics is the primary task for improving the quality of teachers and providing satisfied education for the people in the new era. During the new journey towards the "New Double-high Plan", namely "high-level educational capacity” and“ high-quality integration of industry and education”, it needs continuously strengthening the distinctive construction of teacher ethics, for building a high-level dual-qualified teaching team in vocational colleges. Based on exploring the pathways and significance of distinctive teacher ethics construction, this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of distinctiveness and proposes distinctive improvement pathways, such as leading with party building to strengthen virtue, nurturing virtue with the spirit of educators, cultivating virtue through distinctive courses, enriching virtue with honors and commendations, and clarifying virtue through evaluation and assessment. These measures hold positive significance for fully advancing the long-term mechanism construction of teacher ethics under the "New Double-high Plan" context.
