片区化推进乡村振兴的路径研究——以山东省临沂市蒙阴县垛庄镇为例

      片区化推进乡村振兴是在乡村建设具体实践中总结出来的经验做法。山东省临沂市蒙阴县垛庄镇以片区化发展助推全镇资源禀赋实现有效统筹、优势互补，赋能村企“联合体”内部深度合作，辐射带动片区实现联村共富。但在实践中也面临片区统筹规划有待提升、党建联合体力量薄弱、要素流通渠道不畅通、特色产业布局不合理及金融服务保障不力等问题，建议通过强化片区统筹规划与探索，激发片区党建联盟动力，对片区内要素功能发挥、产业发展布局、资金统筹整合等进行全局谋划，破解片区发展难题，释放连片发展活力，以片区化推动乡村全面振兴。

      The promotion of rural revitalization through regionalization is an experience and practice explored in the specific practice of rural revitalization strategy. Duozhuang Town, Mengyin County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, promotes the effective coordination and complementary advantages of the town's resource endowment through regional development, empowers deep cooperation within the village enterprise "consortium", and radiates to drive the realization of joint prosperity among villages in the area. However, in practice, there are still problems such as the need to improve the overall planning of the district, weak strength of the party building alliance, unsmooth channels for element circulation,vague layout of characteristic industries, and insufficient financial security coordination. It is necessary to stimulate the power of the district party building alliance through district planning and exploration,and carry out overall planning for the functional play of elements, industrial development layout, and fund integration within the district, in order to solve the development problems of the district, release the vitality of contiguous development, and promote comprehensive rural revitalization through district based development.
