| 构建高素质农民数字素养与技能评价体系是推进农村人才数字化转型的重要基础。基于数字素养与技能的理论内涵和研究成果,结合布鲁姆分类法构建了包含3 个一级指标和15 个二级指标的高素质农民数字素养与技能评价体系。运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并使用模糊综合评价对四川省G 镇的高素质农民数字素养与技能水平进行实证评估。结果表明,技术创新、技术应用和问题解决是高素质农民数字素养与技能培育的关键因素。进一步提出,应着重健全数字技术创新能力培育机制、完善数字技术应用能力培育体系、提高数字认知与数字思维水平、加大数字问题解决能力培养力度,为推进数字乡村发展提供决策支撑。 |

| Establishing a digital literacy evaluation system for high-quality farmers is crucial for rural talent development. This study constructs a three-tiered framework (3 primary indicators, 15 secondary indicators) based on theoretical research and Bloom's Taxonomy. Utilizing analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for weight determination and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for empirical analysis, the framework was applied to assess farmers in Sichuan's G Town. The research results indicate that technological innovation,technology application, and problem-solving are the key factors in the development of digital literacy and skills for high-quality farmers. Strategic recommendations include enhancing innovation mechanisms,refining application training systems, elevating digital cognition, and strengthening problem-solving cultivation, providing actionable insights for advancing digital rural transformation. |
