      基于马克思主义唯物史观对城乡关系及物质与精神关系的相关论述，研究中国式现代化背景下以城乡融合促进物质文明和精神文明协调发展的理论逻辑、现实逻辑和路径选择。在理论上廓清了城乡融合为什么能推动物质文明和精神文明协调发展；在现实层面上从历史发展、现实发展、目标实现3 个方面分析城乡融合与“两个文明”协调发展的关系，分析当前以城乡融合推动物质文明和精神文明协调发展存在的困境。并提出以城带乡、筑牢物质文明之基，城乡协同、加强精神文明建设，城乡交融、推动要素资源融合等建议，以城乡合力推动物质文明和精神文明协调发展。

英文摘要:

      Based on the Marxist historical materialism on the relationship between urban and rural areas and the relationship between the material and the spirit, we study the theoretical logic, practical logic and path choice of urban-rural integration to promote the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization in the context of Chinese-style modernization. At the theoretical level,it clarifies why urban-rural integration can promote the coordinated development of material and spiritual civilizations. At the practical level, it analyses the relationship between urban-rural integration and the coordinated development of the two civilizations from three aspects, namely, historical development,realistic development and goal achievement; and analyses the current dilemmas of urban-rural integration in promoting the coordinated development of material and spiritual civilizations. It also proposes the following paths for urban-rural integration to promote the coordinated development of material and spiritual civilizations: building the foundation of material civilization by bringing the countryside under the leadership of the city; strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization through urban-rural synergy;and promoting the integration of factors and resources throughu rban-rural mingling.
