| The Rural Collective Economic Organization Law of the People’s Republic of China is about to be officially implemented, putting forward higher requirements for the standardized development of the new rural collective economy.The total book value of rural collective assets in Beijing has approached 1 trillion CNY. However, as a whole, it is faced with problems such as the low operational efficiency of rural collective assets, the great difficulty in supervising rural collective assets, the unsound internal governance system, and the insufficient endogenous development momentum. It is necessary to accelerate local legislation, continuously deepen reform and innovation, actively explore effective forms for strengthening the rural collective economy, improve and perfect the operation and management mechanism of the rural collective economy, and promote the high-quality development of the rural collective economy. |
