      深化职业教育产教融合、专创融合是国家职业教育提质培优计划的重要组成部分，旨在培养出真正能承担产业转型升级任务的高素质技能人才。通过深入分析当前产教融合背景下高职新农科专业群“专创融合”中存在创新创业人才培养与区域产业发展需求不匹配、创新创业教育与专业教育融合度存在偏差、专业与创新创业融合教学下教师队伍水平不够、双创共享实践平台不足等问题，提出创新“产教专创双融合”人才培养模式、培养现代农业领域现场工程师多元技术人才、打造切合学生发展需求的专创融合高水平“双师”队伍、构建“1+N”模式的校企“工学研创、双元育人”合作平台等深化高职新农科专业群“专创融合”的改革路径。

      Deepening the integration of vocational education industry and education, as well as the integration of specialization and innovation, is an important component of the National Vocational Education Quality Improvement and Training Program, aimed at cultivating high-quality skilled talents who can truly undertake industrial transformation and upgrading. The article deeply analyzes the mismatch between innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation and regional industrial development needs, the deviation in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, the unreasonable structure of the teacher team under the integration of professional and innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, and the insufficient platform for sharing innovation and entrepreneurship practices in the current context of industry education integration in the new agricultural science professional group of higher vocational colleges. It also proposes innovative“ industry education innovation dual integration” talent cultivation mode, cultivating diversified technical talents of modern agricultural field on-site engineers, creating a high-level dual teacher team that meets the development needs of students, and constructing a“ 1+N” model of school enterprise“ engineering research and innovation, dual education” cooperation platform to deepen the reform path and strategy of“ innovation and entrepreneurship” in the new agricultural science professional group of higher vocational colleges.
