The rapid advancement of science and technology, along with the transformation and upgrading of industries, has resulted in an increased demand for innovative talent. The emergence of intelligent production necessitates that practitioners in the field of intelligent food processing not only possess robust and extensive professional knowledge and skills but also demonstrate exceptional innovation capabilities. As a systematic innovation methodology, TRIZ theory(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) can enhance the innovation process and improve efficiency, playing a crucial role in the development of talent for innovation in food intelligent processing technology. This article examines TRIZ theory and its application model, and through a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced in cultivating innovative talent within the realm of food intelligent processing technology, proposes a pathway for talent development grounded in TRIZ theory. The aim is to offer a novel perspective and approach for nurturing innovative talent in food intelligent processing technology, thereby establishing a foundational talent base to promote technological advancement and industrial upgrading in the sector of food intelligent production. |
