Agricultural managers are high-quality rural economic management talents who“understand technology, excel in management, and are good at business operations”. On the analysis of the practice case of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, in promoting agricultural managers to participate in rural revitalization, this study uses the embedding theory to study the path of agricultural managers to empower rural revitalization. The research believes that it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the party committee, improve the mechanism, and promote the multi-dimensional embedding of agricultural managers in rural areas from aspects such as optimizing the organizational system, strengthening economic ties, and promoting emotional identity thereby empowering rural revitalization. |
