      保护和利用好红色资源，对传承红色基因、传播红色文化有重要意义。北京市门头沟区平西抗日根据地红色资源众多，但目前还未得到充分开发利用，存在红色资源配套设施和产品开发滞后、保护力度不够、开发利用形式单一等问题。针对问题，应从做好顶层统筹设计，打通红色资源开发利用中的壁垒，发掘红色资源的价值增长点，构建门头沟区平西红色资源“三区、三线、一体验”新格局等方面入手，充分挖掘平西抗日根据地红色文化资源的时代价值、教育价值和学术价值，推动平西抗日根据地红色文化资源在党史学习教育、干部培训和人文旅游中发挥更大作用。

      Protecting and utilizing revolutionary resources is of great significance for inheriting revolutionary heritages and spreading revolutionary culture. There are many revolutionary cultural resources in Pingxi Anti-Japanese Base Area of Mentougou District, Beijing, but they have not been fully developed and utilized, and there are some problems that need to be solved urgently, such as lagging development of supporting facilities and products of revolutionary cultural resources, insufficient protection, and single form of development and utilization. To solve these problems, we should do the toplevel overall design, break through the barriers in the development and utilization of revolutionary cultural resources, explore the value growth point of revolutionary cultural resources, starting from the construction of the new pattern of "three districts, three lines and one experience" of Pingxi revolutionary resources in Mentougou District, the paper fully tapped The Times value, educational value and academic value of the revolutionary cultural resources in the Pingxi Anti-Japanese Base Area, and promoted the revolutionary cultural resources in the party history education, cadre trainnig, and cultural tourism to play a greater role.
