By carrying out the task of "Double-high Plan", Beijing Vocational College of Agricultrue has strengthened the construction of teachers' innovative team under the background of "New Agricultural Science", and achieved remarkable results. To sort out and evaluate the sustainable development trend of teachers' innovative teams, the questionnaire survey was carried out from four dimensions: the motive force of teachers' self-development, the formation and development support of teachers' team mechanism,the system guarantee and condition guarantee of teachers' development, the innovation atmosphere of colleges and departments, and teachers' development. Based on the questionnaire results, this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the development of teachers' innovative team, and advances some suggestions for improvement in the aspects of continuously stimulating the initiative of independent development, making overall plans for development and layout, and establishing a dynamic adjustment and cultivation system. |
