      新质生产力为推进乡村全面振兴提供了全新的动力和可能。从马克思主义理论视角看，发展新质生产力与实施乡村振兴战略二者在理论渊源、价值基点、目标愿景等方面契合一致，构成了新质生产力驱动乡村全面振兴的理论逻辑。发展新质生产力，应坚持因地制宜原则，着眼于西南地区乡村全面振兴面临的诸多现实困境，基于实现“农业强、农村美、农民富”的总体目标，着力从农业、产业、人才、生态4 个维度探究新质生产力赋能西南地区乡村振兴的有效路径。

英文摘要:

      The new-quality productive forces provide a new impetus and possibility for promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization. From a Marxist theoretical perspective, the development of these forces aligns with the rural revitalization strategy in terms of theoretical origins, value bases, and vision,forming a theoretical logic that drives rural revitalization. Adhering to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions, this paper focuses on the practical challenges faced by the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Southwest China. It explores the effective path of new quality productivity to empower rural revitalization in Southwest China from the four dimensions of agriculture, industry, talent and ecology, aiming for the overall goal o“f strong agriculture, beautiful countryside, and wealthy farmers.”
