The new-quality productive forces provide a new impetus and possibility for promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization. From a Marxist theoretical perspective, the development of these forces aligns with the rural revitalization strategy in terms of theoretical origins, value bases, and vision,forming a theoretical logic that drives rural revitalization. Adhering to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions, this paper focuses on the practical challenges faced by the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Southwest China.
