      以渑池县全国绿色食品原料(辣椒)标准化生产基地为研究对象,通过实地调研和数据分析,探讨了渑池县辣椒产业的绿色发展模式及其成效。研究发现,渑池县通过实施标准化生产、品牌建设、产业化发展等措施,有效提升了辣椒产业的绿色食品品牌含金量、绿色农产品供给能力和椒农种植收益。同时,指出了基地在标准化程度、质量管理体系和区域品牌建设方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。
英文摘要:
      This paper takes the national green food raw material (chili) standardization production base in Mianchi County as the research object, and discusses the green development model and its effectiveness of the chili industry in Mianchi County through on-site investigation and data analysis.The study shows that Mianchi County has effectively improved the brand value of green food, the supply capacity of green agricultural products, and the income of farmers by implementing measures such as standardized production, brand building, and industrialization development. At the same time, the paper points out the problems existing in the standardization level, quality management system, and regional brand construction of the base, and puts forward correspondingc ountermeasures and suggestions.
