      在通过实地现场调查摸清娄底市蔬菜主要病虫害发生与为害情况基础上，提出了积极构建“12345”全方位立体化病虫害绿色防控体系、认真落实绿色防控实用技术的应对策略，并针对监测预警、农业防控、生物防控、物理防控、化学防控的落地实施主要实用技术要点进行了重点分析，以供参考。

      Based on on-site investigations to understand the occurrence and damage of major pests and diseases in vegetables in Loudi, this paper proposes to establish a comprehensive and three-dimensional "12345" green pest control system and conscientiously implement practical green prevention and control technologies. The main practical technical points for monitoring and early warning,agricultural prevention and control, biological prevention and control, physical prevention and control, and chemical prevention and control are analyzed in detail for reference.
