Against the backdrop of the construction of "one-stop" student community management model in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the problems existing in ideological and political education under this model, mainly including insufficient educational resources at the grassroots level, inadequate implementation of model management, and single educational tools. To these issues, the paper proposes innovative pathways for ideological and political education, including personalization, scenariobased approaches, interactivity, and collaboration. The paper also recommends strengthening toplevel design, improving service levels, enhancing student engagement, and establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education under the "onestop"student community management model, thereby better cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel with both morality and ability. |
