      赛项资源转化是当前职业院校技能竞赛与教学改革融合的重要途径,是推进赛项成果普惠化的有效手段。以装备制造大类的“实用英语”课程为例,分析职业院校教师教学能力比赛和高职高专实用英语口语大赛赛项,提炼“3环7 步”资源转化流程,创新开发特色化教学资源,构建“教、训、赛、产”四位一体实践教学模式等四维度的赛项资源转化路径,提出建构模块化内容体系等深化改革建议,促进赛教双向融通,提高大赛成果服务高技能人才的培养水平。

      The transformation of competition resources is an important way to integrate the skills competition and teaching reform in vocational colleges, and an effective means to promote the universalization of competition achievements. Based on the two major competition platforms of vocational college teachers' teaching ability competition and "Practical English" speaking contest for higher vocational education, the "Practical English" curriculum reform in equipment manufacturing majors has refined the "3 rings and 7 steps" resource transformation process of the competition, and formed a four-dimensional resource transformation paths such as developing specialized teaching resources and constructing a four-in-one teaching mode of "teaching, training, competition and production",and put forward some suggestions, as modularized course system, promoting the two-way integration of competition and teaching, and improving the level of technical and skilled personnel training throughcompetition achievements.
