      “细胞培养技术”课程是高职院校药品生物技术专业课程体系的核心课程,针对其实践性强的课程特点,教师采用课前、课后的师生互动和生生互动,以及课堂内的参与式互动学习等形式激发学生的学习兴趣。同时,将教学模式改革与课程思政建设相结合,初步探索“SPOC+BOPPPS”教学模式下“细胞培养技术”课程思政的教学实践过程。该教学模式不仅注重教学内容的系统性和连贯性,还突出课程思政内容的隐性融入,旨在实现知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造的有机融合,为药品生物技术专业教学深入推进课程思政提供参考。
英文摘要:
      “Cell Culture Technology” is one of the core courses in the curriculum system of pharmaceutical biotechnology major of vocational college. Considering its highly practical course features,teachers stimulate students’ creativity and learning interest through pre- and post-class teacher-student interaction, and student-student interaction, as well as in-class participatory interactive learning to stimulate students' learning interest. Meanwhile, combined the reform of teaching mode with curriculum ideology and politics of the course, the teaching practice process of ideological and political education in "Cell Culture Technology" based on the teaching mode of“ SPOC + BOPPPS” was preliminarily explored. This teaching mode not only emphasizes the systematicity and coherence of teaching content,but also appropriately highlights the integration of ideological and political education in the curriculum,aiming to achieve an organic integration of knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value shaping, providing reference for the in-depth promotion of ideological and political education in the pharmaceutical biotechnology major.
