      北京科技小院是在北京市委统战部牵头组织下，集科技创新、人才培养和社会服务功能一体化的综合性科技服务平台，是助力首都乡村振兴的重要载体。当前，北京科技小院在发展进程中，还存在社会参与政策供给不足、技术转化服务不协调、人才培养覆盖面较窄、产加销贯通力量不足、农业技术推广平台融合不深等问题。为推动北京科技小院更好地服务首都乡村振兴，提出北京科技小院实现多方参与项目式、科教融汇功能式、产加销贯通式、农文旅融合式、党建引领平台式等高质量发展路径。

      Beijing Science and Technology Academy is a comprehensive technology service platform led and organized by the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee,integrating scientific and technological innovation, talent cultivation, and social service functions. It is an important carrier to support the rural revitalization in the capital. Currently, in the development process of Beijing Science and Technology Academy, there are still problems such as insufficient supply of social participation policies, lack of coordination in technology transformation, narrow coverage of talent cultivation, insufficient efforts in connecting production, processing and sales, and insufficient integration of agricultural technology promotion platforms. In order to promote the better service of Beijing Science and Technology Academy to the rural revitalization in the capital, it is proposed that Beijing Science and Technology Academy should conduct high-quality development paths such as multi-party participation in projects, integration of science and education, integration of production, processing and sales,integration of agriculture, culture and tourism based on partyb uilding leadership.
