      促进新型农村集体经济高质量发展是实现乡村振兴和农村共同富裕的重要途径。基于四川省达州市3 个村庄新型农村集体经济发展现状和经验，分析新型农村集体经济高质量发展面临的问题，包括经济利益权属划分不清、干部群众对集体经济发展认知有限、人才缺乏、农业社会化程度不足、金融化风险等问题。针对具体问题，从完善利益分配机制、增进干部群众思想共识、强化人才支撑、创新集体经济发展模式等方面，提出促进新型农村集体经济高质量发展的对策。

      The promotion of the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy is a crucial approach to realizing rural revitalization and achieving rural common affluence.Based on the development status and experience of new rural collective economy in three villages of Dazhou city, Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy, including indistinct delineation of ownership rights pertaining to economic interests, limited cognitive capacity of the collective economy among officials and the general public, scarcity of skilled personnel, inadequate agricultural socialization, and risks associated with financialization.For specific problems, this paper proposes several countermeasures for promoting the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy in terms of perfecting the benefit distribution mechanism, enhancing the ideological consensus among cadres and the masses, strengthening the support of talents, and innovating the development mode oft he collective economy.
