      With the acceleration of global economic integration and technological progress, vocational skills training has become a key focus of national development strategies in many countries. Private vocational training is of great importance in improving national quality, promoting employment and entrepreneurship. The United States, Germany, France and the United Kingdom have unique features in their policies and implementation of private vocational training. This study provides a detailed analysis of the key practices of the United States, Germany, France and the United Kingdom in the implementation of private vocational training. China should actively learn from the advanced practices of developed countries in Europe and the United States to stimulate the vitality of private educational organizations, closely track changes in market demand, adjust training directions in a timely manner, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of private vocational education and training.
