      乡村振兴战略是我国的重大发展战略。农林专业人才是实施乡村振兴战略的重要资源和基石。党的二十大报告明确将培养大国工匠和高技能人才作为人才强国战略的重要组成部分。职业本科作为职业教育的本科层次,是构筑中国特色现代职教体系、实现中国式教育现代化不可或缺的重要环节。基于乡村振兴视角,探究职业本科院校农林专业人才培养的必要性,并以日本静冈县立农林环境专门职大学为例,对该校以地域共生服务乡村振兴为理念的办学定位,以及在产学研深度融合、打造实务家型教师队伍、实施分段式课程体系与灵活学分转换等方面的人才培养经验等进行深入分析,为探析我国职业本科院校创新农林专业人才培养模式提供有益借鉴。

      Rural revitalization strategy is an important development strategy in China. Agricultural and forestry professionals are important resources and cornerstones for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly regards the cultivation of artisans and highly skilled talents as an important part of the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.As the undergraduate level of vocational education, vocational undergraduate course is an indispensable link in building a modern vocational education system with China characteristics and realizing the modernization of Chinese education. Based on the perspective of rural revitalization, this paper explores the necessity of training agricultural and forestry professionals in vocational colleges. Taking Shizuoka Professional University of Agriculture as an example, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the school orientation with the concept of domain symbiosis serving rural revitalization, as well as the experience of talent training in Industry-University-Research, such as deep integration, building a team of practical teachers, implementing a segmented curriculum system and flexible credit conversion, so as to provide useful reference for exploring innovative agricultural and forestry talent training models in vocational colleges in Chin.a
