      作为传统农业大国，我国拥有底蕴深厚的农耕文化，其蕴含的生态智慧、传统风俗、管理制度等在一定程度上契合乡村振兴战略的精神需要。从乡村振兴战略全局出发，在重新审视农耕文化价值内涵的基础上，探讨总结其传承发展中的现实约束，并提出通过加强人才培育和引进、优化改善传承环境、提升公共文化服务供给水平等措施，为农耕文化在新时代的传承发展提供可行性路径选择，推动其与现代化发展相衔接，以农耕文化现代化助力乡村振兴战略的稳步推进。

      As a traditional agricultural country, China has a profound farming culture, which contains ecological wisdom, traditional customs, management system, etc., to a certain extent accord with the spiritual needs of rural revitalization strategy. Starting from the overall rural revitalization strategy, on the basis of re-examining the value connotation of farming culture, this paper discusses and summarizes the practical constraints in its inheritance and development, and studies from the aspects of strengthening the introduction of talent cultivation, optimizing and improving the inheritance environment, and improving the supply level of public cultural services, so as to provide feasible path choices for the inheritance and development of farming culture in the new era, promote its connection with the development of modernization, and steadily advance the strategy of rural revitalization with the modernization of farming culture.
