The leaders of returning-home migrant workers' entrepreneurship are one of the important human resources in rural revitalization, and an important force to promote rural economic development and increase farmers' income. Based on the grounded theoretical research method, this study takes 16 typical cases of the leaders of returning-home migrant workers' entrepreneurship in Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province, uses the three-step coding method to refine and concatenate the case data,and constructs the "characteristic-desire-intention-behavior" model of the growth and evolution of leaders of returning-home migrant workers' entrepreneurship. The cases of leaders of returning-home migrant workers' entrepreneurship have common logical characteristics in five aspects: entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial desire, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial leadership, and entrepreneurial behavior. Local governments should further optimize five aspects for the cultivation path of leaders of returning-home migrant workers' entrepreneurship in improving entrepreneurial ability,increasing incentives, improving entrepreneurial environment, strengthening leadership training, and optimizing the scientific management of leaders. |
