一个行业的高质量发展,离不开高素质人才的培养。在“大健康”产业背景下,食品行业发生剧烈变革,这对人才培养提出新的要求和挑战。从分析食品检验检测技术专业人才培养的薄弱环节入手,对人才培养目标、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、评价改进机制进行探究,构建了“懂加工、精检验、能创新、善管理”“四位一体”的食品人才培养新模式,以期为食品行业培养创新能力强、综合素养高的食品检验检测人才。同时,为“大健康”产业背景下食品专业人才的培养提供思路和参考。 |

The high-quality development of an industry is inseparable from the cultivation of highquality talents. Under the background of "big health" industry, drastic changes have taken place in the food industry, which put forward new requirements and challenges for the cultivation of talents. This paper started with the analysis of the weak links in the cultivation of talents specializing in food inspection and testing technology, explored the cultivation objectives, training modes, construction of teaching staff,evaluation and improvement mechanism, and built a new model of food talent training that integrates"know processing, fine inspection, can innovation and good management". In order to cultivate food inspection and testing talents with strong innovation ability and high comprehensive literacy for the food industry. It also provided ideas and reference for the cultivation of food profesionals under the background of "big health" industry. |
