Taking the agricultural cadre college as an example, discussing the inclusion of vocational skills training for farmers in the traditional education curriculum system, this paper summarizes the difficulties existing in the college, such as imperfect vocational skills training system, lack of relevant practical teachers and unclear course setting direction, and puts forward specific strategies and paths for building a unified framework, forging qualified teachers, innovating teaching content and connecting local platforms.
