      Comprehensively promoting the construction of ideological and political education in courses is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent. In the context of the Jointly Building "the Belt and Road" initiative, it is of great significance to integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching content of the "International Trade Practice" course and enhance the value guidance for students, which is of great significance to cultivate international trade talents in the new era who have both an international perspective and socialist core values. Exploring effective paths for the implementation of ideological and political education in the "International Trade Practice" course from the perspectives of integrating teaching content, implementing teaching methods and models, and innovating course evaluation methods, in order to enhance the effectiveness of education and provide reference for the ideological and political construction of courses in finance and commerce.
